1. Eligibility

 

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Restaurateur, LLC and (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. Timing

 

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 9:00AM Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, November 15th at 10PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

 

3. How to Enter

 

There are two ways to enter this Sweepstakes, with both methods having equal dignity and odds of winning:

• Method A (Purchase/Action Entry): Make a qualifying purchase of any entrée and receive one entry for each qualifying entrée.

• Method B (Free Alternate Method of Entry - AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Restaurateur, LLC dba Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, 1100 5th Avenue South, Suite 303, Naples, FL 34102. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 10th, 2026 and received by Friday, November 13th, 2026. All mail in entrees will be added to the drawing.

 

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per day across all methods of entry.

 

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

​

• Prize Description: Three drawing winners will have the opportunity to draw for one of three prizes. Prize one is $25,000 to be paid by the Insurance Company. Prize two is $1,000 cash to be paid by Sponsor and Prize three is a $500 Gift Card to restaurants operated by Sponsor.

• Total ARV: The total Approximate Retail Value of the prize is between $1,500 and $75,000.

• Prize Restrictions: No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

 

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about Sunday, November 15th, 2026, the Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Winner Notification

​

The potential winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winners must respond within 2 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Additionally, the potential winners will participate in a game show like activity to determine which of the three potential prizes are won. The activity and odds related to the activity will be provided by the Insurance Company.

 

7. Publicity and Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s advanced written consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, or damage that may occur from participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting the prize.

 

8. Winner’s List

​

To obtain a copy of the winner’s list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Restaurateur, LLC, 1100 5th Avenue South, Suite 303, Naples, FL 34102. Requests must be received no later than 15 days after sweepstakes ends.
